How to request deletion

1. Send us an email

Email jh@cubesat.co.kr with the subject "Seafood Defense account deletion".

2. Include your nickname

Write the nickname shown in the game (for example "Diver-2938") so we can find your account.

3. We delete it within 7 days

We delete your account and data from our server within 7 days and let you know by email. Deleted data cannot be restored.

Deleted: guest account ID, game progress (currencies, cards, research, deck, missions, attendance, collection), run records, nickname and ranking entries, rewarded ad records.
Kept: purchase records (product, transaction ID, time) are kept for 5 years as required by Korean e-commerce law, then deleted. Server security logs are deleted automatically.
