Privacy Policy
Seafood Defense ("the game") is a random tower defense game. To keep your progress, hand out rewards and run the rankings, the game needs a connection to our server, and it sends only the data listed below. We never ask for your real name, email address, phone number, or contacts anywhere in the game.
1. What we collect
Guest account
An ID created from the device identifier the operating system gives the app, the first time you play. It is not linked to your name or phone number.

2. In-app purchases
You can buy Gems with real money. Payment itself (card details and so on) is handled by Google Play or the App Store; we never receive your payment method. We keep the purchase records above for 5 years as required by Korean e-commerce law, even if you delete your account. If a purchase is refunded or revoked, we may remove the items it gave.
3. Advertising
The game has no forced ads. Ads are shown only when you choose to watch one for a reward. The ad network (Google AdMob) may collect device information, IP address (approximate location) and, where permitted, your advertising identifier in order to serve and measure ads: Google Privacy Policy. You can reset or limit the advertising ID in your device settings. Our server never stores advertising identifiers.
4. Rankings
Other players can see your nickname, best wave, deck and rank on the leaderboards. Ranking entries are kept until you delete your account and are deleted along with it.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. Apart from the advertising partner above and the rankings shown to other players, we do not share it with anyone unless the law requires it.
6. Storage and security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on our server in the Republic of Korea. We keep it until you delete your account.
7. International transfer of personal data
Our game server is located in the Republic of Korea. If you play from outside Korea, your data is transferred to and processed in Korea.

Transfers from the European Economic Area rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the Republic of Korea (adopted 17 December 2021). The game cannot be played without the server, so if you do not want your data transferred, please stop using the game and ask us to delete your data (section 8).
8. Deleting your data
Send an email to jh@cubesat.co.kr with the subject "Seafood Defense account deletion" and the nickname shown in the game. We will delete your account, progress, run records and ranking entries from our server within 7 days and let you know by email. Details: cubesat.co.kr/sd/delete-account
9. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 (under 14 in the Republic of Korea). We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes and contact
