How to delete your data
If you still have the game
Open the game and go to Settings → Delete cloud data. Your cloud save, backups, gameplay records, and rewarded ad records are deleted from our server immediately. The village on your device is not affected.
If you already uninstalled the game
Fill in the form above with your inquiry code (8 characters, shown at the bottom of the game's Settings screen). We delete the data linked to that code within 30 days. The code on its own doesn't fully prove the data is yours, so we may contact you first.
What gets deleted: guest ID, cloud save and backups, gameplay records, rewarded ad records, and device transfer codes. We keep nothing else apart from server security logs, which are deleted automatically.
